"Aia" apartment in farmhouse

In a village surrounded by greenery, on the first hills of Reggio Emilia, in an ancient tower house, apartments with rustic and cozy rooms with equipped kitchen. All the rooms have undergone a very recent restoration that has sought to preserve the original characteristics of the rooms. The space The Aia apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, all with en-suite bathroom, as well as a large living area on the ground floor with equipped kitchen and wood-burning fireplace. If necessary and upon request, another room may be available. Please note that prices include sheets, towels, electricity, water and gas for the spring and summer period. For the period corresponding to the autumn, winter and early spring season, a contribution of 3.00 euros per cubic meter of gas consumed is requested. Guest access The courtyard area outside the apartment is for the use of the apartment's guests, it is used only as a passage for guests of other apartments. During the summer it is set up with a table and benches, where you can eat and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings Other things to note During the cold season, when heating is required, guests are asked to contribute €3.00/cubic meter for each cubic meter of gas actually consumed to heat the house.
