The space The apartment is a great, all-marble, 4 bedroom apartment with sleeping space for 8, with 2 bathrooms and a beautiful terrace. There are 1 double-bed bedrooms and 3 twin beds bedrooms. The dining and sitting area features a great sofa, nice large flat-panel TV with satellite channels, a very fast internet connection (1000Mbps), and a dining table for up to 8 people. Sleeping area is separate from the living room, terrace and kitchen so a nice rest is assured even with some guests staying at the living room. Kitchen is complete with stoves, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, coffee machine and everything you need to cook great meals while in Barcelona. Both bathrooms have a nice bath to relax after a long day! The terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture to provide your friends or family with great sunset drinks, morning breakfasts! Guest access Guests will be in the best area in Barcelona, just a few steps away from the Barcelona beach (300 meters), and a zone with a swimming pool to relax after a hard walking day or just to enjoy the whole day! The condo includes a common zone to relax with swimming pool and gym! Its open from 10am to 8pm. Other things to note This apartment is only for people with proper manners and behaviour.
