Regular housekeeping is provided except weekends and public holidays, and 24/7 security, so you can rest assured of a cozy, comfortable, and authentic stay, true to the heart of Saigon. The space I own a variety of 𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝘁𝘄𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻 that are suitable for families, large groups, or business travelers. Each unit is fully equipped and furnished with basic necessities to provide a comfortable stay. Located in the central district of downtown Saigon is spacious and can accommodate up to six people with its three bedrooms. The apartment has recently undergone renovations in early 2023. - Fully air-conditioned - Furnished with three fixed queen-size bedrooms - Two bathrooms with bath amenities (Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, and hair dryer) - Kitchen with fully equipped equipment and utensils. (We do not provide cooking condiments for hygiene/food safety purposes. However, you can get them at the convenience stores/supermarkets nearby) - Living room with sofa, cable TV, coffee table, and dining table - In-unit washing machine and drying rack. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide the following complimentary items: - Fast Wi-Fi - Welcome bottles of mineral water (On check-in day only) - Regular housekeeping (Except for weekends/holidays) - 24/7 security - One free motorbike parking - 10% tax and utilities are included in the price for short-term rentals (less than 30 days). For extended-stay guests, the utility invoice will need to be paid separately. Please note that we have a new rule in compliance with the law, requiring us to register our guests with the local authority. Therefore, we will need your original passports or Vietnamese ID (if applicable) on the date of your arrival. We will make photocopies of your documents and register them online, the passports will be returned to you straight away after registration. This is to ensure that we do not have any unregistered guests and provide our guests with a safe and comfortable stay.
