In this small village, the complete renovation of a farmhouse has led to the creation of two vacation rentals, including “Les Hirondelles,” which has a floor area of 115 m² (1,238 sq. ft.). It is designed for 7 people (one suite with bathroom and a large bed – 1.80 x 2.00, one bedroom with 2 single beds, another with 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds), located 8 km from Surgères (TGV train station). The stay is scheduled from Saturday to Saturday The space A second cottage with a capacity of 4 people is present, allowing the reception (if it is free) in a total of a group of 11 people (see the listing "Les Coquillages" on Le Bon Coin, on Tripadvisor, or Airbnb). Quality and comfort amenities: It has in the living room part a wide bay leading to a private and gravelled terrace facing southwest; from the kitchen you will access a private terrace facing south and gravelled with garden furniture, - one non-convertible sofa and 5 armchairs - 80 cm TV with satellite reception, hi-fi, DVD player, - Wired Internet connection (SFR) and Wifi, in the kitchen area: - fridge + freezer compartment, dishwasher, grill oven, microwave oven, hob, pressure cooker, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, soda machine with gas... - washing machine, iron and ironing table, - Weber BBQ, access to private gated parking and a large enclosed plot of 5000m2. - a planted space this rose bushes is reserved for you. Bed and bath linen, tea towels and towels are provided free of charge. Your first breakfast is ready! A few products are present on arrival (milk, water, coffee, tea, jam, orange juice, oil, vinegar... and cleaning products...) Guest access The large plot of 5000 m², the swimming pool heated to 28° (10m X 5m) is only shared with the other cottage and the owners, it is accessible from 9am to 12pm and from 3 to 7pm.
