The Studio-beautiful private annex with fab views!

Detached studio decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard,boasting privacy,beautiful views,space, personal drive, & 2 outdoor patio seating areas! In an excellent, quiet location in the village of Oulton, between the cities of Leeds and Wakefield . With outstanding views across fields and multiple walks on its’ doorstep, yet within a mile of the M62, M1 and A1. A wealth of amenities within a 2 mile distance, including 3 supermarkets, shops, pubs, bars , cafes, restaurants, and farm shops. The space The studio is a newly built for purpose annex, that has been decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard. The space can accommodate two adults, and is light, airy and spacious , with a high vaulted ceiling. It is ideal for couples, friends , or those travelling for business . The guest studio offers privacy and a warm and comfortable place to relax. We have recently built it as a detached extension to our property, in order to let it as a holiday home, so that other people can enjoy the idyllic setting and views that we are fortunate enough to benefit from . The Studio is equipped with a luxury shower room, and a beautiful kitchen space including a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a king sized bed, from which guests can enjoy uninterrupted views, and there is also flexible seating, which can be used as a cuddle sofa or two armchairs. There is a dining table and four chairs, and also impressive outdoor space, providing two seating areas, lawns, and planting. The property and courtyard garden benefit from complete privacy, and both gardens boast views of the fields and the animals that we are fortunate enough to call our neighbours (including horses, peacocks, rabbits, birds, and pigs- if you are lucky you may spot our local trio of deer!) . A private drive with parking for 2 cars is available for your sole use during your stay. Your stay will be complemented with free tea, coffee and milk, and toiletries. The Studio is strictly no smoking inside . Unfortunately we have not got the capabilities for WiFi at our property as we are yet to be reached by decent cable. We all tether from are homes. Other things to note Please note, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets or small children We also do not want any smoking or vaping inside our property, under any circumstances. As shown in our amenities list, unfortunately we do not have WiFi, BT are yet to supply a decent cable to our address, we have tried satellites and other different sources none of which give us more than 10 mbps. In our home we all tether from our phones.
