Pretty self-contained annex near castle and river

A stylish little annex with green space around, a full kitchen, bath tub and shower, a comfortable bed and cute little veranda. There's a sauna in the garden too. On the veranda there are pleasant views with a natural outlook and many birds including red kites. The space It goes without saying we'll do everything we can to make your stay as positive as we can. We're really proud of our little place and we sincerely hope you have a lovely holiday. The kitchen is well equipt, the internet is fast and there is a small smart tv with Netflix. There are electric blinds for blackout in the lounge. As there are only velux windows in the kitchen area it's very private. The rest of the property is mostly private although we are living in the vicinity and use our own garden sometimes . We've screened off things in a way to separate us visually (mostly) and we think you'll enjoy a large degree of privacy overall. However life goes on and we have two respectful teenagers on premises so please accept that we will continue to live our lives as we normally would. We have another Airbnb space near by so you may bump into other guests on the driveway or in the garden. *Update: We now have a small dog! She's mellow by most standards but does bark occasionally. Of course we'll minimise any disturbance and if you are bothered she can be contained elsewhere. We don't think she'll be a problem but just to let you know. Guest access We have free off-road parking. Riverside Health food shop and Riverside Cafe are both a very short walk down the hill away. The local town has a beautiful castle walk by the river, just 10 minutes or so from where we are. The town has several pubs and cafes and a Co-op. We also have two Chinese takeaways within 1 to 2 minutes walk from our house (both are very good) and an Indian Restaurant in the town as well as a pub with an extensive menu. They'll all be listed on Trip Advisor but we'll be happy to recommend places for you. Buses run from the town to Cardigan and Carmarthen. Also if we're heading somewhere and you wanna hitch a ride just ask Other things to note Between guests the whole place will be cleaned properly to ensure your comfort and safety. We do charge a cleaning fee as it takes 1-2 hours to do. I know this makes it less cost effective for shorter stays but it has to be deep cleaned every time.
