Rooms are at the back of my house and closed off so the space is entirely private with no shared facilities. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the garden outlook. A queen bed enuite studio is also available for $150 per night. Numerous cafes, bars, boutique shops and a NW supermarket close by. Onsite parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check prior to arrival. The space Vintage Christie Queen room is suitable for maximum of 2 people. The queen bedroom is attached to the back of the original orchard villa in Havelock North. It has an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) $150 per night. A spa (hot tub 39'C) is located right outside the queen bedroom and weather permiting, 1 vehicle can park off the street next to your bedroom unless your vehicle is very big which may make turning challenging. Road side parking is safe. A self serve breakfast is supplied and included in the price. Home made granola and yoghurt, milk, cereals, toast and spreads, fresh fruit, juice, teas, plunger and espresso coffee. Home made biscuits or slice. A fridge, microwave, toaster, electric jug, cutlery and crockery are situated in the unit. In another part of the house, also with your own private entrance, is the guest lounge with espresso machine, table and chairs. This is a light airy space for reading, having breakfast, relaxing and watching the world go by. No facilities are shared with the host. The host takes care of dishes, empties rubbish and replenishes breakfast supplies on a daily basis. A Weber BBQ and utensils are available for guest use. I appreciate prior warning so I can have everything ready. My 2 cats live on the property. I do not accommodate guests' pets. A second queen ensuite space is available for up to 2 people. Inquiries are welcome. Guest access Your space is self contained and separate from the rest of the villa so you will have everything you need for your stay. There are several outside areas with furniture you can make use of during your time at Vintage Christie. Wifi is available for your considerate use. The spa (hot tub) is handy to your room. The guest lounge has an outside entrance with sofa, table and chairs and an espresso coffee machine. Plunger coffee and teas are available in both rooms. Havelock Village is an easy 5 minute walk from the accommodation. Park on the back lawn next to your room. 1 vehicle only thanks. Other things to note 5 minute walk to village. 39 eateries to choose from. New World Supermarket recently built (2024) 10 mins walk away. Tea and plunger coffee making facilities and breakfast provisions supplied. A bar fridge in the porch area as well as a toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and continental breakfast supplies. Home made muesli and yoghurt, fresh juice, eggs, toast, fruit and spreads. Espresso machine in guest lounge for great coffee. TV in room. Spa outside the queen room runs all year round 39' C. Wifi provided. Weber BBQ is available for guest use. Please give me some warning if you wish to use the Weber so I can provide utensils.
