Its location is unique in the center of the coastal front of the old town, very close to a parking lot and with everything you need at your feet. The space From a common staircase and through a corridor you are at the door of the apartment on the 1st floor of the building which has a total of three independent apartments. You enter the space that has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee making appliances, washing machine, sofa that you can convert into two single beds, A/C and a comfortable bathroom. An internal staircase leads you to the apartment floor where you will find a double bed, an indoor dining room, a living room with a smart TV, wifi, A/C as well as another W.C. The balcony doors lead to the terraces. The north terrace has an unrestricted sea view. From there you will see the Venetian lighthouse, the Fortezza castle and the entire old town. The south terrace overlooks the old town and the pedestrian shopping street. Guest access Guests of this apartment have exclusive use of the two verandas. Use the verandas with caution. Not recommended for young children due to the internal staircase and balconies. Other things to note The apartment has an equipped kitchen with stoves, oven, coffee makers, kettle, toaster. Also in the area there is a washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron with ironing board and hairdryer. On the balcony there is a wooden table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.
