Historic House with Irori Hearth Entire renovated house for 1 group/day (Max 10). Includes a kitchen and traditional Irori hearth. Rooms: Open rooms vary by group size (1-6 guests: 2 rms / 7-8: 3 rms / 9-10: 4 rms). Futons used. Location: Walking distance to Old Town. Parking: 1 spot (1-min walk). No street parking. Rules: Self check-in/out. Quiet after 10 PM. No shoes indoors. Damage billed. Services: Free fridge drinks. No luggage storage or late check-out. The space Space: Modern Japanese rooms in a renovated historic house. Notice: As this is an old traditional house, the stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow and steep. Please be careful. Warehouse: The detached warehouse in the courtyard is a common area for relaxation. A/C is available. Rules: No late check-outs allowed. Parking is not available after check-out. Luggage: No luggage storage service provided as no staff are on-site. Guest access Available rooms depend on the number of guests: 1-6 guests: 2 rooms 1F "Natsu": 1 Double bed + 2 Futons 2F "Fuyu": 2 Single beds Note: 2F "Jidai" and "Kikyo" rooms are not available. 7-8 guests: 3 rooms Above rooms + 2F "Jidai": 2 Single beds Note: 2F "Kikyo" room is not available. 9-10 guests: 4 rooms All above rooms + 2F "Kikyo": 2 Single beds Other things to note Neighborhood: Located in a quiet area. Please avoid loud noises. Silence is required after 10 PM. Disruptive behavior may lead to immediate eviction. New Bath: Since Dec 2022, we added a bathtub. (Now: 1 Bath + 1 Shower room). No Shoes: Japanese style. Remove shoes at the entrance. Special cleaning fees apply for shoe soiling. Cleaning: For 4+ nights, staff visits for cleaning at 10 AM every 3 days.
