There is one more double bedroom upstairs and a campervan for the more independently minded. Listing Quiet Double Room 1 has an ensuite full bathroom. It costs more. The space You will have a comfortable double room in a large, extremely clean and comfortable family home in western suburbs. Room for a camping mattress beside the bed for the 3rd guest. There's a large sun room for guest meals and socialization. There's an airconditioned lounge for quiet reading. Lots of off street parking. Lots of room. Spaces to hide. Incredibly available to the M2 M7 and M5 motorways but out of earshot. Ground floor and first floor rooms and even a campervan. The ground floor has aircon and ensuite bathroom. Big garden and a few quiet nooks. Patio and BBQ. Two more rooms are available to book for further guests. Book Quiet Double Room 1 for the ensuite and Air conditioning. Guest access Cereals and eggs for breakfast can be had in the kitchenette / sun room. You are welcome to use the kitchenette at any time as long as you clean it immediately after. If you want to bake you can negotiate with Lucy to use the oven. We have a big yard with vegetable garden and natives and room for off street parking. Easy access to north south east and west motorways (5 minutes). Ideal jumping off point for Gold Coast theme parks and beaches, Toowoomba & Darling Downs and only 90 minutes to Sunshine Coast. 25 minutes to Brisbane CBD. 20 minutes to Ipswich CBD. Bicycle to hire. You can ask Mike to be your chauffeur and guide for a daily fee. During your stay We are a friendly inter-racial retired couple who like traveling and using Airbnb. You can be as private as you like or join in the household. Mike is often free to chauffeur you around SE Queensland. See it all. Other things to note Flat area in fastest growing suburbs in Australia. Cycling is easy. 15 minute walk to local shopping strip with supermarket. 5 minute drive to 3 shopping Malls. 3 minute walk to Petrol station 24 hour shop. Free swimming pool 10 minutes drive away. Close to 7 shopping malls in Goodna, Redbank, Redbank Plains, Brookwater and Springfield. Buses are hourly and stop early evening. We will usually be able to pick you up from train for free. You will need a car/cab to travel at night.
