Tower with bedroom and separate balcony with view. Entrance with separate toilet and 2 bedrooms (one of which with separate balcony). Lower floor with combined living and dining room, with an open fire place and access to terrace with barbecue, as well as fully equipped kitchen, with oven, ceramic stove top, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Additional toilet. Basement floor with lounge, TV and bar counter, as well as another bedroom with access to a separate terrace with sunroof. 3 Terraces with sunbeds (8) and terrace furniture. Swimming pool for exlusive use (8x4m, salt electrolysis cleaning system, outside shower), with possibility to close access door for child safety. Available : Iron, child seat, hairdryer.
