The Cottage

The Cottage is a light and spacious 2 bedroom cottage, set in the grounds of our family home. It has private parking and a private entrance. It can sleep up to 6 guests plus travel cots on request. The Cottage comprises a large sitting room, kitchen and dining space and downstairs loo and upstairs are two large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. The Cottage is a fantastic base for exploring the New Forest and south coast. We are closely located to Brockenhurst and Lymington and the IOW ferry. The space The Cottage is set adjacent to our family home. It has secure parking for two cars and is completely separate from the house with its own door. On arrival you can gain access to The Cottage using the key safe. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. We provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits for your arrival. Children's crockery, cutlery and high chairs are available on request. The house has two bedrooms, the larger of which has two double beds and the smaller with one double bed. There is plenty of space in either bedroom for travel cots which can be provided on request. The bathroom upstairs has a bath (no shower). We provide fresh linen and towels. We have provided a selection of books, toys and games. The Cottage is centrally heated and we will ensure the heating is on long before you arrive to make for a cosy arrival in cooler months. We ask that the log burner is not used. The Cottage has WiFi although it is not particularly strong and would not work for streaming films etc.
