Ca' Gilly is situated in the heart of Venice at 10 minutes walk from Rialto bridge and from San Marco square but in a silent alley far from the noise. It's position is ideal to start to explore Venice with no need to use the waterbus. It's on the second floor of a small building with only two apartments. On the third floor you'll find a large rooftop with table and chairs at guests' exclusive use with a beautiful view on the roofs. Nearby there are shops, supermarkets and coffeeshops. The space The flat is made of a sitting room with a kitchenette corner, furnished with table, chairs, sofa which can't be a bed, cupboard and tv. There is also a double bedroom, with wardrobe and dresser. There is a complete, just restored bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a large rooftop furnished with table and chairs for exclusive use. Guest access Our guests will have at their disposal the whole flat including the terrace for exclusive use. Other things to note Dear guests, we advise you to bring light luggage and comfortable shoes, in Venice we walk a lot! If you are travelling with heavy luggage we advise you to leave it at the luggage deposit at the railway station or at piazzale Roma and to take with you just what you might need for your stay! The flat is at a second floor and as most apartments in Venice there is no lift. For arrivals between 9 pm and 10pm there is a surcharge of 20 Euros to be paid at the arrival, after 10pm there is a surcharge of 40 Euros.The tourist tax of 4 euros a day per person for the first five days of stay has to be paid cash on arrival. Before leaving our guests are possibly requested to leave the kitchenette clean and unspotted, all dishes at their place and to bring rubbish at the boat in the square a few steps away respecting the correct days and distribution in the bags.
