Tranquil House

Tranquil House will take your breath away. A stones throw from the beach and set in the forest this house is a masterpiece of light and space, which invites nature in and calms the soul. The space Downstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge flooded with light from the glass above. Glass folding doors open up either side here to open up the whole area to the outside forest. On one side is a deck with lounge and swing chairs, and on the other is a plunge pool with sun loungers, outside dining area and lounge. There is a garden gate which opens onto the path that leads directly to the beach or to the stunning Salt River day hike. There is one bedroom with a bathroom downstairs. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are all surrounded with glass and give you the feeling that you're sleeping in the trees. There is no cot on the premises so please ask in advance if you’ll be needing one! Guest access There is a small plunge pool on the property as well as lovely outdoor spaces to relax amongst the trees. Let us know if you require the pool net to be put on for your arrival. Other things to note There is a small shop with limited supplies across the road. It is recommended to do your shopping before arriving in Natures Valley
