Ideal 4 tourists, business people and Karolinska visitors. My place is special because it looks like a home and not like a showroom. Perfect for you that need a place to cook simple meals, shower and sleep. 6 min walk to the metro station or 1 bus stop. 7 minutes trip to Stockholm downtown on the Blue Line T-bana Very near to KI/KS. The apartment is 6 min walk to the metro station or 1 bus stop. 7 minutes on the metro to Stockholm downtown on the Blue Line T-bana. Very near to Karolinska Institutet/Karolinska Hospital. room for 1 person in an apt. in Solna. Guest access As my guest you have access to your bedroom of course, to the kitchen (to eat and cook simple meals), to the shower that we share and to a balcony. During Spring and Summer there will be a table and a couple of chairs in your balcony, so you can have a cup of coffee or a beer, chill out and enjoy some privacy. Free Instant Coffee and Tea... always on the kitchen table. toilet in the shower room is ONLY for my private use. The guests have their own WC in the hallway. About the shower and the kitchen that we share, I expect common sense. We clean them after us, as I like it nice and neat both for you and for me... As a courtesy gesture, remember to pick up the hair you drop on the shower floor. I pick up mine too!!! During your stay - I'm retired and very much in the house. You can interact with me as much or as little as you wish. I will respect your privacy. - I'm always ready to assist you and give you advice and information...all you have to do is ask! Guests that read my house rules and are willing to respect them, are very welcome to share my home. I only ask for people to please follow my house rules and to leave the common spaces nice and neat as they find them before using: such as kitchen, shower and hallway. Other things to note I DON'T SMOKE AND NOBODY ELSE DOES "INSIDE OF MY APT"! If the guests feels odor of cigarette when arriving or leaving my floor, it comes from another apt., not from mine. My place is special because it looks like a home and not like a showroom. I love plants and flowers and I have quite a lot by the windows and in my balconies. Solna is a very green, beautiful and peaceful city, very near to the center of Stockholm and to KI/KS. We have woods and water nearby. Great transportation system. You cannot buy Alcohol in Supermarkets, only in specific shops called SYSTEMBOLAGET. You have to be over 18 to be able to purchase alcoholic beverages.
