Casa Lama Residence, isolated between Florence and Arezzo

Casa Lama is a residence consisting of 5 apartments, plus the owner's accommodation. Some times of the year are reserved for the use of a group: friends or families, for holidays or to celebrate parties or events. The house is located in an isolated position in the countryside between Florence, Arezzo and Siena. The house consists of 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The ground floor apartment has a large dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and a kitchen equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. Extra beds available The space For a group of up to 18 people, there are 5 comfortable apartments, 4 on the first floor and one large one on the ground floor, in total there are 8 double bedrooms and one twin room. Each accommodation has one or two private bathrooms (8 in total). The kitchens are well equipped: stove, microwave, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker, the kitchen of the largest apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher and electric oven. The heating is centralized, the largest dining room has a cozy wood-burning fireplace. All rooms have satellite TV, each bathroom has a hairdryer and essentials for shower/shampoo. Wi-Fi connection in all rooms. For groups of more than 18 people, the following are available: 4 extra single beds in the double rooms, two double sofa beds in the living rooms (we also have 2 travel cots for your babies). The maximum number of beds allowed is 20 adults and 8 children (up to 12 years old) and infants. In the winter period, it is recommended for a smaller group due to the lack of an interior space large enough for the whole group, the room with the fireplace can accommodate a maximum of 16/18 people. Price per extra bed: €20 adults and €10 children (<12A) per night per person, children up to 2 years free, 2 free cots available. Extra beds available: 4 single and 2 double sofa beds. In winter, when it is only possible to use the interior, the dining room has a space for up to 16 people, using the extensions the table becomes 260 cm (for a maximum of 16 people) >>> The Residence Casa Lama, which can accommodate more than 20 people, can also be occupied by a smaller group, with a dedicated offer, in this case not for exclusive use. Two apartments on the first floor and the largest apartment on the ground floor will be reserved for the group, two apartments on the second floor will be excluded. The total number of rooms will be 6, while the maximum number of extra beds available will be 6. You can get a quote by requesting an offer by message <<< Guest access Guests have the entire property at their disposal, reserved exclusively for the group, from the accommodations to the outdoor equipment, the swimming pool and gardens, the playground with ping pong and foosball, and the area equipped for the barbecue and pizza oven. In the summer months, from May to September, you can use an additional kitchen and the Bar area located near the pool and a loggia with tables and chairs. The cost is included in the cleaning fee.
