My place is good for families (with children), athletes (especially cyclists) who want to combine their vacation with relaxation. The space Beautiful house located in Can Picafort, a few meters from the beach and with fantastic ocean views. It consists of 150m² of housing, 100m² of terrace and a garden exclusively for guests. All rooms face towards the exterior. It consists of a large living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 in the suite room). Air conditioning and heating are available in all bedrooms as well as in the living room. The house has the following additional services and amenities: Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. A crib and 2 high chairs are also provided free of charge. This vacation home has a private outdoor space with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and an outdoor shower. Ideal for athletes participating in sporting events with nearby departure/arrival (IronMan, Mallorca 312, ...), cyclists and water sports lovers. It has a space to store bicycles. Free street parking. Families with children are welcome. No pets, no smoking, no events. The property is just a 1-minute walk from a supermarket, as well as restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Public transport connections are also within walking distance. Guest access All the areas described are for the exclusive use of the house (terrace, garden, etc.). Other things to note The Balearic Islands Ecotax (Law 2/2016, of March 30, on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism) is not included in the price. This tourist tax must be paid upon arrival at the home. Balearic regulations state that all persons staying in a tourist establishment (i.e. guests), regardless of whether or not they are residents, must pay the amount of the eco-tax, but children under 16 are exempt.
