The space Our condominium is located on the 27th floor of the SEIBU TOWERS which is at the corner of 24th street and 6th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City. It is close to the business district. It is right in front of the TV. Please let us know if you would prefer the sofa bed to be setup as a bed or a sofa. We will prepare the sofa bed ahead of time prior to your arrival as you prefer. If you have no preference, we will leave it as a sofa. Please be careful in setting up the sofa as a bed, a step-by-step sequence is marked underneath the seat cushions and some moderate lifting is required.
