This is our 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished and decorated as a home. Our priority is to provide our guest a original home away from home experience in Goa. It is a ideal apartment for a family or group for a vacation so close to beach. Contemporary Benaulim is a popular seaside city in South Goa, renowned for its balmy weather, white sands & palm‑fringed beaches. It is the birth place of St. Joseph Vaz who was a priest and missionary in Sri Lanka.There are two popular churches in Benaulim. The space The apartment has all amenities like TV, AC, fully equipped Kitchenette with modern appliances like oven, stove, toaster and fridge. Living room & Dining space: The living room has a comfortable sofa, with HD LED tv and cable connection and also occupies a dining space which seats 4 people. The living also has a wife balcony facing the pool with sit out arrangements. Kitchen: Closely attached to kitchen has everything for your serving and cooking. Local fish and vegetable markets are nearby where you can shop and cook in the apartment. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are AC rooms with a spacious double beds in each of those rooms with a wide window facing the pool. The master bed room also has a balcony and the other bedroom has an attached bathroom. The washroom is just outside the bedroom and also has a separate toilet. Outside space: The outside space's main attraction is the pool. You can relax and enjoy there which also has a wide sitting arrangement around the pool. The apartment is in the complex and has a lush green surrounding with a very peaceful environment. Guest access Guest can access the entire apartment and the valuables inside the space making sure nothing gets damaged. You can have access to the outside areas of township & the swimming pool. **Due to Covid19 pandemic, swimming pool will be kept closed until further instruction from Government of Goa or Lotus Society. Other things to note Pick Up and Drop to the Airport, Bus Stand or Railway Station can be provided at an additional Cost. Goa Airport, Margao Railway Station, Margao Bus Stand, Please inform us atleast 2 days in advance to make the necessary arrangements. -Prices may vary depending on the tourist season - I can arrange sightseeing trips for you around Old Goa, North and other south Goa famous place in tempo travelers, taxis.
