Studio next to Plaza Merced

Our recently refurbished studio is located in Lagunillas street, making it ideal to enjoy the city centre and old town at any time of the year. It is located close to most of the tourist, cultural and leisure areas of the city. Among others, it is located 300 metres from the Plaza de la Merced, next to the Casa Natal Picasso. Likewise, the nearest beach is the Malagueta, which is about 15 minutes walk away. The space The 35 m² studio has a double bed, perfect for two guests. If necessary, a folding cot is also available. It also has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable experience, which will make you feel at home. The flat is bright, as it has a large window that lets in plenty of light. The services offered include WIFI connection, air conditioning, flat screen TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board free of charge. For better accessibility to the bathroom area, it has a shower tray. Continuing with other areas of the studio, the kitchen has all kinds of appliances, such as oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and toaster, being fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Guest access It is located in the neighbourhood of "Lagunillas", in the north of the historic centre of Malaga, making it a privileged place in the city and ideal for visiting Malaga. It is considered the district of the arts of the city, because it is a place of worship for artists.  In the surroundings of the flat you will find several taxi and bus stops (emt) with which you will be able to move around the 11 districts of the city. As for the connection of the city with the rest of the municipalities of the province of Malaga, we find a wide network of buses to go to the east and west area as well as a suburban train line to go to the west area. If you are travelling by car, there are several car parks in the area, the most important being the Atlantida car park and the Alcazaba car park, which are 400 and 500 metres away respectively. Other things to note I am Gorka Etxeberria, born in San Sebastian and settled in the centre of Malaga for more than 8 years. From the moment you book, I will be at your disposal to advise you on what to see, where to eat, what excursions to do and provide you with the best local recommendations, so that you can enjoy Malaga like a local. I will also be at your disposal during your stay to answer any questions or incidents that may arise.
