A whole apartment located in Lavaggiorosso, one of the most beautiful medieval villages of the Ligurian East Coast. Lavaggiorosso by itself deserves a visit. In its narrow streets cars are not allowed: there is a load/unload area at 30m from our home and you'll find free parking 200m down. The space 4 km from the sea of ​​Levanto and close to the 5 Terre, in the typical and characteristic Ligurian village of Lavaggiorosso. If you are willing to deal with some inconvenience (the apartment is inside the village not accessible by car), you will be rewarded with a lot of tranquility, the pleasure of living in a small ancient village and a suggestive view of the valley. You will be able to appreciate the aperitif on the terrace overlooking the village, the quiet during your rest, the birds singing when you wake up and the sun that lights up the apartment in the morning. What you will have at your disposal is a very bright 76 square meter apartment with an enchanting view of the olive trees. The style of the house, very personal, alternates large spaces with high ceilings with more intimate and cozy mezzanine areas. The result is a functional, intimate and welcoming space. A large living room, a comfortable bedroom and a colorful kitchen. As additional beds you can use a double bed on the mezzanine or a sofa bed in the living room. On the roof a pleasant terrace overlooking the village where you can enjoy your moments of relaxation, eat outside or sunbathe. Just one recommendation, if you have small children be careful of the internal stairs that lead to the mezzanines. The parking lot for loading and unloading luggage is about 50 meters from the apartment, the car can then be parked a little further along the road or in the parking lot at the foot of the village. The surroundings and not only the Cinque Terre are rightly known for their beauty and the services they provide. Levanto itself is an important tourist center, with a beautiful beach, beautiful excursions, many opportunities for entertainment (from public places, to restaurants, to sports). We provide our guests with a small guide to get to know the entire area better, not only the directions to visit the most famous places but also to discover the less frequented ones but in our opinion equally beautiful.
