Our SPACIOUS 3BHK apartment is right within the city in a peaceful residential area and is ideal for FAMILIES with KIDS and GROUPS traveling to Mangalore. The apartment has very good cross- ventilation and light. It is just a 5-minute-walk from the city bus-stop, auto-stand and 12 km from the airport. Ola/Uber taxis come to the door-step. The place is in close proximity to the market, restaurants, grocery shops, shopping mall etc. Most of the restaurants here have 'Home Delivery' facility. The space The KITCHEN is equipped with a WATER- PURIFIER, ELECTRIC KETTLE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE and a GAS-STOVE. Guests can cook their own meals using the utensils provided. The presence of the water-purifier ensures that the guests have access to PURE DRINKING WATER 24/7. The BATHROOMS have SHOWER and HOT WATER facility, as well as STEP-FREE access. The apartment has a separate living and dining area and BALCONIES for master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms have A/C. Guests can wash their clothes using the AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE in the kitchen balcony. DETERGENT is also provided as a complimentary gesture. A CLOTH DRYER RACK is provided in addition to the Clotheslines in two of the balconies. IRON-BOX and IRONING BOARD will be provided on request. HAIR-DRYER will be provided on request. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by an ELEVATOR. There is power backup in case of electricity failure. Please read the house-rules before booking. Guest access The guests can access the whole apartment. Other things to note We request the guests to go through our listing thoroughly, so that they will know the amenities that are provided, and those which are not. This will enable them to decide whether our listing is suitable for them. The house rules need to be followed, so that there will be goodwill on both sides. We also request the guests to keep the communication lines between us open so that we can assist and guide them whenever required, thus helping to make their stay a comfortable and memorable one. Power backup does not include cooling and heating.
