National Identification Code (CIN) IT073012C200087625 The Villa is located about 500 m from the beach, a wonderful area of the "Rio de Mar" beach and a short walk from the weekly market area. The rooms are large and spacious, as are the kitchen and bathroom; the various rooms are tastefully furnished and designed to enjoy the holiday in total comfort. The location is strategic if you want to taste the local products of our land (proximity to the market area) The outdoor spaces are large, with a parking space and are independent. The space The house has large paved outdoor spaces and is surrounded by manicured green areas that allow you to fully enjoy the relaxation of the vacation, giving the right privacy and tranquility, being in a residential area of independent villas. In the interior spaces, we have a living room/kitchen, two large bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a storage room, for a total of about 75 square meters. In addition to the comfortable bathroom inside the villa, there is an OUTDOOR SHOWER, closed and with hot water, in the back of the garden, very convenient for returning from the beach, with direct access from the veranda. HOUSE RULES: - Electricity consumption of 3 KWh per day is included in the price. At the end of the stay there will be an * ADDITIONAL COST for ELECTRICITY* in relation to consumption, for the only difference between the KWh consumed and those included (3 kwh per day). Consumption Detected with meter reading at check-in and check-out. Fee of €0.50 per kwh. - During their stay, guests must follow the RULES for recycling; deliver any waste in excess to the Ecological Island of expertise in the center of San Pietro in Bevagna. The non-observation of the rules on recycling and the further lack of delivery of non-differentiated waste, at the ecological island, entails the payment of an equal surcharge and €40.00. - TOURIST TAX Please refer to the regulations in force at the time of check-in, to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. CURRENTLY in force at a cost of €1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 5 nights (exempt for nights after the fifth). Exemptions for: • Minors under the age of 10 and the elderly over 65; • Non-sufficient handicaps, with suitable documentation, and their companions (for a maximum of number two). Guest access All outdoor areas are for exclusive use, independent, and not shared with other guests. You can bring your cars inside the gates. Other things to note - There are no problems with continuity and water supply. There is a spring well that automatically fills the private cisterns, but obviously the water is not drinkable. - The Gemelle della Lanterna, together with Villa della Lanterna, make up a complex of 3 independent villas. Villa della Lanterna is located on the first floor, above the Gemelle della Lanterna. THERE ARE NO COMMUNAL SPACES, but it should be noted that there may be other guests on the upper floor. - Each space in the garden and verandas has been created independently to give privacy and independence to all guests.
