The space Kiwi House is a one-room guest suite, with its own private entrance, toilet and shower, so you don't need to share any spaces with the host. It's perfect for solo travelers or couples, but another bed can be added for a total of 3 people. The room is located in a small, quiet neighborhood, less than a 10-min walk from the local beach and fishing port. Kiwi House has been hosting guests from all over the world and Japan now for over 7 years. We are looking forward to hosting you! The room has: ★ Separate entrance with PIN # keypad entry, your own shower, toilet and washbasin. ★ Double bed with Sealy mattress & roll-away single bed if required (2+1 people can sleep in the room) * An extra charge of 1000 yen per stay applies when 2 people, 2 beds are required ★ Air conditioner, microwave oven, fridge, kettle ★ Free wi-fi, 40-inch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Youtube Premium ★ Hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toothbrush, razor ★ Plates, cups, glasses, eating utensils ★ Armchairs, small table ★ Small private garden area with smoking area ★ Free off-site parking (1-min walk away) ★ Size: 23m2 (ideal for 2 people) * Note: The room does not have a kitchen. There is a locked door between the room and our house. The room is located in the same building as the host. There are few stores and restaurants in this neighborhood. The nearest convenience store is a 10-min walk from the room. The streets are narrow in this area, so if you are not a confident driver please re-consider. Upon booking, please respond to the questions for smoother check-in on arrival. Guest access The entire room is your space to use. It isn't shared by the hosts. Other things to note Directions to the room: (We will provide directions to Kiwi House after booking) If you're arriving from the AIRPORT by train: Take the LOCAL train (not express or rapid) to Kabaike station, the 5th stop. 380 yen to/from the airport. If you're coming from NAGOYA or KANAYAMA or JINGU-MAE by train: Take any train to Otagawa station from Meitetsu Nagoya station. (bound for 'Chubu International Airport' Change to any LOCAL train bound for Tokoname . Get off at Kabaike station, the 10th stop. To/from Meitetsu Nagoya is 680 yen. The last train from the airport to Kiwi House is roughly 11:10pm, the first train from our nearest station to the airport is at roughly 5:10am. If you're arriving by CAR: We have a free parking space less than a 1-min walk from the room. Please note that the street leading to the parking space is very narrow. Take care when driving to and from the parking spot. We will provide detailed directions, and will let you know where to park. The free parking space is less than a one-min walk from the room. Airport and station pick-up and drop-off may be available depending on our availability, for an additional fee. The fee is 3000 yen. Please inquire before booking. For any other information, don’t hesitate to ask. If you’re arriving by BUS: There is no bus station near our room. We recommend getting off the bus at either the airport or Nagoya station and taking the train here to Kabaike station. If you’re arriving by TAXI: Show your driver this address: 常滑市蒲池町4-114 * We don’t recommend taking a taxi unless absolutely necessary.
