The space Studio of 21m2 ideally located in the center of la Clusaz, 150m from the ski slopes. 📍 The residence is located in the center of la Clusaz, close to shops : restaurants, bars, mini-market, bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco store / press, sports shops ... 🏡 THE STUDIO IN DETAILS : The studio is located on the 1st floor of a small residence. * Living room with TV (French and English channels), Sofa convertible into sleeping for 2 people (140x190). * Bathroom with shower, toilet. * Fully equipped kitchen: - Fridge, - Electric hobs (vitroceramic), - Mini-Oven/microwave, toaster, kettle, - Senseo coffee maker (pods provided), - Raclette machine, - Everything you need to cook (dishes, utensils, pots, pans ...) ⭐ INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL : ⭐ * Bed linen and towels, * Basic supplies (cleaning products, dish towels, toilet paper...), * Unlimited WiFi, * Free parking in front of the chalet. ⭐ NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL : ⭐ * This property does NOT have private parking. You will need to use public parking areas. * Breakfast and meals (we do not provide catering services), * Toiletries (soap, shampoo...), * Food supplies. ✨ No cleaning fees : We rely on the respect and courtesy of our guests to take care of the accommodation and its equipment, which should be left clean and in order (we do not require deep cleaning). We handle the linen supply and change after your departure. However, due to repeated abuses and inconsiderate behavior, we reserve the right to charge a flat-rate fee of €60 if an excessive amount of time is required to restore the property to its original state. We have chosen this policy of not systematically charging cleaning fees to avoid penalizing respectful guests. ⭐ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES: ⭐ 🕒 Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If the accommodation is ready earlier, we will inform you via WA or SMS on the day of your arrival. We can only confirm this on the day of arrival, so there is no need to contact us in advance regarding this matter. If you need the accommodation earlier, we can arrange for additional staff to have it ready by 1 PM. This option costs €35 and is subject to availability (must be booked at least 48 hours before the arrival date). 🔑 Self Check-in : You can access the accommodation anytime from 3:00 PM onwards - no time restrictions ! 🕚 The accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the last day (non-negotiable, as we cannot offer late check-out). 🐶 PETS : €25 per stay Pets are welcome under the following conditions: - A €25 surcharge per stay applies if you are traveling with a pet (regardless of the length of your stay): please make sure to indicate the presence of a pet by checking the appropriate box when making your reservation. - Your pet must not be left alone unless you are certain it will not cause any damage or bark excessively in your absence. - You agree to cover any costs related to damages caused by your pet. - The accommodation must be returned clean (vacuumed pet hair, etc.). - You must pick up after your pet around the property. This credit card imprint acts as a security deposit and may be used in case of breach of the rental terms. A pre-authorization of 300 euros will be placed before your arrival (the amount will not be charged). Processing fee: €1.00, charged to the guest. All or part of the deposit may be retained in case of rule violations, including failure to follow departure instructions, damages, or exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed.
