Very nice, quiet room, with wooden parquet floor and separate bathroom, in the basement of our house (built in 2011). Also cool in the hot summer, as it is located in the basement. Pleasantly tempered in winter. The space The guest room, as well as the guest bathroom, with daylight windows, are located in the basement of our house. The entrance is via stairs from the ground floor. The room is furnished with a double bed (160x200), two dressers with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, table with two chairs and shelves. A fridge and oven with microwave function are also in the room. Unfortunately, the guest room is not suitable for cooking. Guest access Access is via our front door. You then go down a staircase to the guest room, which is used exclusively by you. Other things to note The municipality of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of € 3.00 per night per person for vacationers. This is not included in the price and can be paid in advance or in cash upon arrival. For this you will receive a Bodenseecard West from us, with which you can travel free of charge by bus and train with the VHB transport association. Furthermore, you will receive a 20% discount on the scheduled ships between Schaffhausen and Konstanz, as well as discounts in lidos, museums and many other discounts.
