This listing describes renting two neighboring 2nd/3rd floor duplexes, a 3BR & a 2BR+loft. This would be a good set up for two small families or friends that want privacy within the group; up to eight guests can sleep in each of the 2 condos (16 total guests for the listing). The units have beautiful views of the sea–you will love gazing at the waves crashing over the Barrier Reef just ½ mile offshore! The space These two condos, A5 & A6 are part of a quiet, 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye -- enjoy a view out to the Barrier Reef, a sandy beach, pool, pier, complimentary bikes & kayaks, & more! The condos are on the 2nd & 3rd floors of Building A, which faces the pool & the sea. The entry doors to each condo are on the "road side" of the building & the only units with entries there, which can make renting these two units together appealing to groups. Each of the two condos has its the lower level (2nd floor) a covered veranda with a view to the pool & the sea, a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. On the upper level of Condo A5, there's a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, an open area with 2 twin beds plus a TV/sitting area and a veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. On the upper level of Condo A6, there is a full bath plus two bedrooms: -a large master bedroom with king bed, sitting area, and private veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. -a bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a king on request) At least one responsible adult (21+) must sleep in each condo & there is a maximum of 8 total guests sleeping in one condo.
