Room in a renovated old apartment

Room in a newly renovated apartment in an old building with a lot of charm. Very quiet area and very well connected to the center of Madrid. The place is shared with me. It has two bedrooms, mine and the one for rent, with a double bed. There is also the possibility of an extra bed for a third guest in the same bedroom. The space You'll love the place. It is very quiet, as the apartment faces the building's garden on one side and a pedestrian street on the other. The bed is 135cm. A small bed is also available inside the bedroom for a third person. Separate air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Guest access You can use the living room and kitchen if you need to. It's all fully equipped.
