Apple Tree House

Please read carefully before booking! Our house is not noise proof and we have kids. There is door connection our unit to guest section. If we need access, we will let you know. There is one temperature setting for whole house and guests cannot adjust. For 2 guests, only king bed will be be provided. This unit is the finished daylight basement of our house. We hope to provide you a comfortable stay during your time in Portland. Feel free to contact us with any questions. The space Welcome to Portland and Apple Tree House in North Bethany. Our house is short driving distance from Bethany Village shopping center with lots of restaurant choices. PCC Rock Creek Campus, Intel and Nike and downtown Portland, Beaverton and Hillsboro are all within 15 min driving distance. Bus stops for 47 and 67 are across the street. The bedroom has a king size bed with firm mattress and cotton bedding. Eat-in kitchen has laundry and basic supplies for your travel. The windowed bathroom has a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is only accessible for 2+ guest. We have kids in the house and you will hear them when they are not at school. Couples with young kids, solo adventurers and business travelers are welcomed. Guest access You will be the only one in the unit. Bedroom 2 is only accessible for 2+ guest. If we need to access the unit for any urgent item, we will let you know. We will do seasonal yardwork. The yard wraps around the property and not gated on the other end. Other things to note The house is not soundproof, and kids can be active. Recycling and trash bins are on the side of the building. Guest own leaving their trash, recycling, green waste in CORRECT bins. Trash trucks arrive on Friday mornings. The ceiling has low sections due to air ducts.
