Bayview: Penthouse with Views of Bay & Hills

This is a bright & breezy room with amazing views & easy access to the rooftops. It is partially solar-powered has 2 ACs, a big Smart TV with cable, WIFI, water dispenser, fridge, sofa set, dining table & 2 toilets (1 with hot/cold shower stall). It is an OPEN space, with 2 double beds plus thick MATTRESSES on the FLOOR. It has a well-equipper kitchenette for basic cooking, outdoor sink, BBQ pit & marble dining set. There are stairs to climb (to the 3rd floor). The space The penthouse is an open space which is ideal for a group who won't mind sleeping on mattreses on the floor. The kitchenette, equipped with basic cooking necessities, has great views of the bay and hills, ensuring a pleasant self-catering experience. Self-catering is free but please clean after yourself. This room is the breeziest and brightest in the entire house and has the best views of the bay and the surrounding hills. It also has the easiest access to the rooftop where one can sit and relax while admiring the changing colours of the bay and the skies. Mayon Volcano can be seen from the 2nd rooftop. Guest access Guests have access to the rooftop which has BBQ facilities. We also have balconies and garden for your enjoyment. Please note that there will be 2 flights of stairs to the penthouse. During your stay We live on the ground floor and will be available for any concerns. We can also help with planning and contacts for trips and activities for our guests. We provide flyers, brochures and sample itineraries to help you plan your trip. We also have contacts with licensed tour agencies and guides. Other things to note We can offer shuttle service to and from the airport or terminal free of charge for 3-day bookings. Otherwise, a minimal service fee applies. Early check-in and late check-out fees apply.
