Bright studio with wonderful views of the ocean, lighthouse and Mediterranean balcony. Completely renovated in 2017, it is located on the 4th floor in a quiet area where you can hear the waves breaking on the beach. The balcony of the studio, facing south, is completely enclosed in PVC with double glazing. The space For the safety of our guests, the room will be disinfected with an ultraviolet light lamp with ozone before arrival. From the Studio you can see idyllic sunrises and sunsets with the sea in the background. Guest access The building has two elevators, a rooftop terrace, a parking area, free community WiFi, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV with DTT (Spanish digital), international radio and television stations (including BBC / ITV / Channel 4), German and Italian channels. It has a 135 cm double bed and a 110 cm sofa bed. Linens and towels are provided (bath and beach (low cost)). The kitchen has dishes, a microwave with an oven and grill, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher.
