Studio completely refurbished (April 2022) in a small wooded very well held residence, 400m away from the port. Without vis-à-vis, its 28m² (300 sq.ft.) are extended on 14m² (150 sq.ft.) of shaded terrace, making an "in and out" space with an open view on the Cap Canaille and the Baou de la Saoupe. Set back from the street, it is quiet and bathed in light. It can accommodate 2 people maximum. We rent our studio without an intermediary concierge company and offer a personalized welcome. The space Our price is "all inclusive", no extra charge is due on arrival. Rental includes : GARAGE in the basement of the residence; SWIMMING POOL (12.5m x 6m) with private access from the terrace; Inside the studio: - Internet / WIFI - Household linen (4 towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, cloths...), - Bathroom with large Italian shower 80x120cm, hair dryer,... - Fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 4 guests, vitro hob, combined microwave/grill oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle,... - Air-conditioned living room, convertible sofa bed 130x190cm (new mattress 2019), TV, DVD, vacuum cleaner,... - Shaded terrace with 2 deckchairs, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 small bench. Housekeeping at the end of your stay is also included. Everything you need for a truly relaxing stay in Cassis! Guest access The studio has its own separate outside front door and offers private access to the residence's swimming pool from the terrace. Other things to note In case our "Côté Soubeyran" would not be available, check our adjoining "Côté Charlemagne" , or our "Côté Gibaou", also located in the same residence .
