The space The beach house has an approximate built-up area of 2000 Sq.ft wide with seperate entrance to the Lower floor and the Upper floor rooms which can be booked individually or all together. Features Lower floor room ( this is the only floor included in the listing): It has 2 single cots in the living space + 2 single cots in the bedroom, an outdoor seating area, master toilet, dining area and a semi equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, basic cutlery & crockery. Please see additional listing or contact us to find the listing) It has a large King size bed, 2 large sofas, a large balcony with full ocean view, master bathroom, dining area and a semi equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, basic cutlery & crockery. You also have access to a spacious terrace on the top where you can savour the amazing views of the beach and feel the cool breeze feom the ocean. The spacious terrace can be hired separately to host functions, get togethers and other family events. Enjoy magnificient sunset views and 3 kms of pristine beach, right across our Beach House. Restaurants are just 10 minutes away & there is an ice cream + fruit juice shack beside our Beach House. Car parking is available for 4 cars. Transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.
