Tranquil Glen Tiny Lodge - a base to explore Skye!

Tranquil Glen Lodge is an ideal base from which you can explore the stunning Isle of Skye. Many of the most popular tourist sites are a short drive away: Old Man of Storr; Lealt Falls; Kilt Rock; Quiraing; Fairy Glen; Coral Beach; Neist Point; Talisker Distillery; Fairy Pools and the Cuillin mountains. We want your stay to be relaxed and safe, which is why we have enrolled in the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol to give you peace of mind. Cleanliness and hygiene are our top priority! The space Tranquil Glen Tiny Lodge is a modern and well-equipped cabin suitable for a short stay and is exclusively yours! The lodge is fitted with lots of conveniences: ensuite shower and bathroom with heated towel rail; dining area that turns into a double bed; bunk beds; two fitted radiators; Wi-Fi; tv with Netflix; and safety equipment (fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm). In the kitchen area, you will find basic crockery/utensils, sink, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. There is also tea, coffee and sugar provided. Fresh towels, linen and toilet roll is provided. Please note: there is NO STOVE/HOB/OVEN. Guest access The tiny lodge is available just for you and your group. There is a parking area behind your cabin at the end of the driveway with a reversing bay to turn your vehicle. In front and behind the cabin there are some grassed areas that you are welcome to use. Please note that there is often livestock in the adjoining field, so if you have pets they should be kept under control at all times. Other things to note We are very happy to provide help and advice regarding things to see and do during your stay. Please just ask on arrival, or before you plan your trip. We will be happy to help. We advise visitors to bring a car in order to make the most of all that Skye has to offer. Skye is a big island so although exploring by bike or bus is possible, it will take longer than you may have allowed for your trip. Public transport is limited and non-existent on Sundays. We have increased our vigilance in terms of cleaning and preparing your lodge. Our cleaning score reflects 100% satisfaction from customer reviews to date and we aim to maintain and improve our existing high standards. We have signed up to the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol which has been developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality.
