3-star house with land, close to the Ballon d'Alsace

3-star classified detached house in Alsace at the foot of the Vosges, in Rimbach near Masevaux in a small village in the Doller Valley. If you’re looking for nature 🌲 🌳 and tranquility, you won’t be disappointed. The land at the back of the house will allow you to relax. At the bottom of the land flows a stream where you can recharge. Our gîte is rated 3 stars and awarded 2 keys by Clévacances. The space The house has: - a living room with a sofa bed 160 x 200 with a comfortable mattress - one bedroom with a king size bed 180 x 200 with new bedding The bed can be separated into 2 90 x 200 beds - a fitted kitchen (an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, hood, microwave, raclette, fondue, toaster, filter coffee maker or Senseo, kettle............). - bathroom with shower - a separate toilet The beds are made upon your arrival. Towels and dish towels are also on site. If you have a baby, we can provide you with a travel crib, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer, and baby cook. The house is heated by a pellet stove (pellets available) and radiators. Outside, you have a terrace table, sun loungers and a barbecue. Guests can take advantage of the terrace, the green and shaded grounds. The enclosed 16-acre wooded land awaits you to recharge your batteries near a small stream. At the back of the house, a small balcony overlooks the grounds. In the basement: a garage to store your bicycles and motorcycles in summer, skis, sleds, etc. in winter If you like walking, we are at the start of many marked walking paths. From the house you will have the opportunity to discover the lakes of our mountains (Lake Neuweiher, Lake Perches, Lake Sewen, Lake Alfeld, Lake Lachtelweiher) and the chalets to have a picnic. Come and taste dishes from our region in the farm inns. If you like cycling, there is the Doller bike path which is very nice for everyone, without any difficulty. It starts at Sewen and goes to Burnhaupt-le-Haut. It is the old route of the railway and allows you to discover our green valley. Le Ballon d 'Alsace ( 1247 m d' alt.), the Col du Hunsruck,( 748 m alt.), for cyclists who want to make passes. We cannot accept pets. Guest access The house and grounds are at your disposal. At the end of the lot flows a small stream where you can relax. Other things to note In the village right next to Rimbach, there is a bakery, a convenience store and a butcher's shop (in Oberbruck, 2 km from the house).
