Studio 1 Aix en Provence historical center

This is the first floor of a building with four studios, the first three of which are identical (same prices, same amenities) and all air-conditioned. PLEASE NOTE: OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY OF ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE BUILDING, NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. Please be discreet in the stairwell when entering and exiting; the doors are thin, and you may disturb other guests. 🤗 Paid parking is located on the street above. The space This flat is on the 1st floor without elevator. Warning, the staircase is very narrow and quite steep. It's area is 22 m2 and it's fully equiped: fitted kitchen, with boiler, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave oven,refrigerator, Nespresso and traditionnal coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, no air conditionner but an electric fan. In the cupboard, you can also find the basics : oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, paper roll, aluminium foil, tee bags and coffee etc... Bathroom equiped with shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Sheets, kitchen and bathroom towells are provided. WIFI connection. Guest access ARRIVING FROM THE AIRPORT, take the shuttle to Aix city center (8.60€). The shuttle from the airport to the city center drives through the TGV station. So as soon as you are on the bus, the following instructions are exactly the same as the instructions from TGV. ARRIVING FROM THE TGV STATION AIX EN PROVENCE, once inside the station (you may have to cross over the platforms), go towards Gate 4, the far left. If there is a line, just continue to the right of the line. There will be an elevator in the far corner. Take that elevator down. Once there, take the Number 40 bus (=shuttle). Approximately 4.30 euro. There will be 2 stops (1st is a parking lot, do not get off there). The 2nd stop will be the center of Aix. To the right of the Bus Terminal you will find Avenue Victor Hugo. Once on the Avenue, go left, towards the bustle of the city. From monday to saturday (except bank holidays) and from 8.30 am to 19.30 pm, at the roundabout, you will see small electric vehicles, called Diabline (a bit larger than golf carts) with letters A, B, or C. You want to find the Diabline C. There are 2 directions; the one you want will be on the cobblestone street (Cours Mirabeau). If there is not one there, there are a few benches you can sit and wait. Tell the driver the address. Pay the driver (they have change) for as many people in your party, you will receive a ticket and put the ticket in the box behind the seat. The driver will drop you off at the corner or even in front of the flat. If at the corner, it’s only a few doors down on your left. On sunday and bank holidays and from 7.30 pm to 8.30 am, you can hire a taxi or walk ( approximately 20 min). Registration Details 13001002021VC
