Apartment is located in the peaceful environment near by historic center of Kotor, an excellent position. It's 50 meters from the sea, 20 minutes by walk or 3 min drive from the picturesque Old town of Kotor, so close to the city center but yet very quiet. The space Apartment of 35 m2 consists of a 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is situated in a family house on the ground floor surrounded by the garden, which is the perfect place for having rest. The garden is equipped with umbrellas, chairs and tables. It is a great place for sun-tanning or having dinner with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. The apartment can host up to 4 people and perfectly fits both for the families or the group of friends. Apartment is EQUIPPED with air condition, Wi-Fi, dishes and silverware, linen, towels, hair dryer and everything else you need for a comfortable living. Holidays are not allowed, it is a quiet building (respect the neighborhood). All additional guests must be registered. Tourist tax is 1,00 € per adult person daily, persons from 12 to 18 age pays 50 % - 0,50 €, and kids to 12 do not pays tax. Not included in the price.
