"Méquio" in patois means "home". This apartment has been "our home" for over 10 years and this is where we have seen our daughter grow up. We want to make our guests feel like they are on vacation, welcoming them in a typical mountain setting (exposed beams, stone fireplace, wooden attic, etc.) but at the same time we want to offer them the comfort and above all the warmth of a "real home". The property is ideal for 2/3 people. The space The accommodation consists of: --a bright and cozy LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (18 cm mattress), stone FIREPLACE, SUPER EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE, small FRIDGE with freezer, DISHWASHER, traditional OVEN and MICROWAVE OVEN, COFFEE MACHINE, TOASTER, TV with digital and PAY channels (Netflix, Prime TV, Disney, etc.) --romantic BEDROOM in pastel color with double bed and custom-made built-in closet; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet, washing machine --MEZZANINE usable as an additional sleeping area, relaxation area or storage room, accessible via ladder; -- Very spacious L-shaped BALCONY with table, chairs, and loungers available for guests -- Owned CELLAR for ski storage/sports equipment shelter --Free private PARKING SPACE at the foot of the condominium. Everything you need for short and long stays is included. SHEETS AND TOWELS included in the price. For a ONE-night stay, only one face towel and one bidet towel are provided, NO shower towel. For long stays, over 14 days, 2 sets of sheets and towels are provided. SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT for CHILDREN is provided upon request: baby crib with sheets, high chair, chair booster, books, games and DVDs for children and also a BABY CARRIER BACKPACK Guest access The apartment is on the THIRD and LAST floor of a typical mountain condominium in stone and wood. For this reason, the staircase is external and there is NO elevator. A parking space is located at the foot of the condominium Other things to note LOFT: Be careful if you access the MEZZANINE as it is served by a ladder. Pay special attention in the presence of small children who may climb the staircase and fall. ATTENTION : The property DOES NOT assume any liability in case of accidents to adults or children. If you have access to the loft, under your responsibility, please remove your shoes, leaving them at the foot of the staircase and do not consume food or drinks in the loft. Pets can'T access the loft. For peace of mind, in the presence of children, you can remove the ladder to the access stairs and put it on the balcony or in the mezzanine itself. WARNING: Do NOT bring children and animals closer to the pellet stove or fireplace when it is in operation as they may get burned. PLEASE NOTE: From 01/05/2024, the payment of the accommodation tax is required for each guest of the property to the following extent: ---euro 1.00 per day each from 05/01 to 06/15 and from 10/01 to 11/30 ---euro 2.00 per day each in the remaining periods of the year Children under 15 years of age are excluded from the payment of the accommodation tax Those who stay for more than 7 days, from the eighth day, no longer pay The ACCOMMODATION TAX WILL BE COLLECTED BY the HOST during the stay since for the Valle d 'Aosta, Airbnb cannot collect and pay this tax to the municipalities on behalf of the guest.
