For this reason, the staircase is external and there is NO elevator. A parking space is located at the foot of the condominium Other things to note LOFT: Be careful if you access the MEZZANINE as it is served by a ladder. Pay special attention in the presence of small children who may climb the staircase and fall. ATTENTION : The property DOES NOT assume any liability in case of accidents to adults or children. If you have access to the loft, under your responsibility, please remove your shoes, leaving them at the foot of the staircase and do not consume food or drinks in the loft. Pets can'T access the loft. For peace of mind, in the presence of children, you can remove the ladder to the access stairs and put it on the balcony or in the mezzanine itself. WARNING: Do NOT bring children and animals closer to the pellet stove or fireplace when it is in operation as they may get burned.
