Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. The space Property is 50 minutes away from Mount Teide and only 20 minutes away from Puerto de la Cruz. If you are looking for true peace in 5 star setting you would be welcome here. Other things to note The house is at the end of a 1/2 mile fairly steep driveway but smaller cars have made it up without a problem. We want our guests to be comfortable but ask to please consider your energy use at all times. The entire property relies solely on the sun for our energy and we ask you to conserve when possible. Power is not unlimited, power is totally dependent on Mother Nature! A turndown service, changing all linen can be done weekly if requested for a supplement of 10 euros.
