In an ideal location 5min away from Arrifana, Monte Clérigo and Amoreira beaches The space The guest house is a separate unit with its own street entrance and private outdoor area. On the property we also have a large shared swimming pool and a part of the garden area which you are welcome to enjoy. The guest house is composed of 1 bedroom (with a 150x200cm bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower, living room with dining table, a sofa (also convertible to a 140x200cm bed) and a very spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave/oven, fridge with a freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom was recently renovated. Spacious and very well illuminated and with a beautiful garden view. Great for a couple with a baby or young child. A travel cot and high chair are available in the logging. In the private outdoor area there is a dining table, a sofa and sun loungers. Easy, free parking on the street just in front of your entrance. Beach towels are not included in the price, but can be provided. Guest access The house has its own street entrance and private outdoor area. In the property we also have a large shared swimming pool and a part of the garden area which you are welcome to enjoy. Other things to note There is a child-friendly dog on the property. Free and easy parking is available on the street in front of the entrance gate. To enjoy the area it is best to have a car or motorcycle as public transportation is limited.
