Studio bedroom with large double sofa bed, own bathroom and kitchenette area with fridge, sink and microwave. Small private dining area. Separate entrance. Walking distance to the Dee, Wirral Country Park and the village centre. The space Own section of house with private entrance. You can be completely private and independent Guest access You can access the whole area. The kitchenette contains my washing machine and tumble dryer so depending on the length of your stay I may need to access twice a week to do my own laundry although I will agree this with you in advance. During your stay The accommodation is a separate area of my home so I will be around and contactable. Other things to note A washing machine and tumble dryer are available at extra cost. Your bathroom and bedroom are completely private and for your personal use only. I may need to access the mini kitchenette occasionally to access the washing machine and tumble dryer but I will agree this with you.
