Niseko Hirafu No.1 Ski House! Sleeps 10

Perfectly located by being just a 2 minute walk from Yukuro public hot bath (Onsen) and close to everything else, being located in the heart of Hirafu , walking distance from the ski slopes, restaurants and local amenities, & 1 minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop. The house sleeps 10 adults , all 4 bedrooms are ensuite. 羊蹄山を拝むバルコニーでBBQ！夏季期間は、BBQセット（グリル、網、トング）無料で利用できます。2階のバルコニーは屋根付きですので、雨が降っても大丈夫！BBQで使う食品と消耗品（炭や手袋、使い捨ての食器など）だけお持ちください。各寝室にシャワー、お手洗いが付いていますので、複数のファミリーや友達と快適に滞在していただけます The space The house is a modern mix of concrete and wood construction with artisan iron work. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, resulting in a lovely warm environment. Walk in through the front entrance and be greeted by a spacious hallway and firstly you will see the heated boot room which has ample room for all guests equipment. Three of the four bedrooms are also on this first level along, each with their own en suite. A separate W.C. Is also located in the ground floor. The open plan living area occupies the entire second floor and features a large L shaped sofa plus 4 vintage arm chairs along with a digital TV, surround sound by Sonos, Apple TV and a DVD player. The kitchen section features a breakfast bar that seats 4 along with top of the range appliances by AEG including a multi function fan oven, cooker, induction hob, microwave, kettle, cafetière and dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats 10 guests around a bespoke, hand crafted wooden and iron constructed table. In summer, guests can use the covered BBQ area located on the outside deck area that is protected from sun and rain. Finally on the third floor of the house is the master suite which boasts views of Mt Yotei and has a full ensuite bathroom with a Japanese Hinoki wood bath tub. This bedroom occupies the entire upper floor and is approximately 35sqm and features a super king size double bed and 2 vintage leather chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the amazing view of Mt Yotei. Each guest is provided with a bath towel, face towel and shampoo, conditioner and body wash all of which are Dove brand. The utility space has a separate washing machine and tumble dryer and guests can refresh any linens or clothing during their stay. Floor plans for the house are included in the photo gallery Guest access Guests have access to the whole house Other things to note 1/ I also own a gin bar that is situated on a piece of land next to Jabbawoki. Please note that there is no risk of disturbance at all from the gin bar as it is a separate entity from the house and not physically connected in any way. If you would like more information it is called `The Cabin Niseko` and can be found on your favourite search engine Jabbawoki features open plan living on the second floor and has free form and open staircases that are not suitable for small children or babies but great for adults! 2/ Jabbawoki in summer has a great BBQ area that is fully covered. You can avoid the heat of the sun and benefit from not getting wet when it rains. The BBQ utensils are provided including tongs. Charcoal is not provided Finally, Jabbawoki is always prepared just before your arrival and is always clean and tidy. Upon check in I asked for a deposit of ¥50,000 which is returned upon check out provided that the house is left as you find it. Your deposit is always returned provided that there is no washing up to be done, rubbish removal other than from the dustbins provided, the BBQ is clean and all pots and pans and cutlery are returned to where you found them. Smoking in the house is forbidden and an additional charge of ¥200,000 will be made of evidence of smoking is observed upon check out. Any damages must also be paid for.
