The closest city is Manacor, at only 4km and the closest beaches are Porto Cristo, Cala Varques and Cala d'es Serral, at 16km. ETV/1941 The space Among the hills of the Eastern Majorca, and only 4 km from Manacor (a small city ideal for shopping and eating out) you will find the Finca "SES PEDRES”, so-called for being on a rocky terrain and where stones are the main material of its construction (walls, ravines...) A getaway to a haven of peace and privileged communication; the Ma-15 is just a few kilometers away, from where you have a quick communication with the rest of the island. The swimming pool (fenced for the protection of babies) is located in the upper area of the estate and 50 meters from the house, and it has been designed for total relaxation, where you can rest and appreciate the beautiful typical Mallorcan landscape, in which the olive trees, fig trees and carob trees dominate the surroundings. The two palms that preside the Finca are the point that informs of the antiquity of the property, since it was customary to plant this type of tree to inform the visitor of the location of the house. Upon entering the house you will notice the light that its white and white walls bring to the room. White walls, rustic materials (mud, small stones) make the whole of its rooms invite you to enjoy a house that still retains the charm of its ancestors. The large hall connects you to the rest of the ground floor: open common spaces, living room, dining room, kitchen. On this floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom. Through a nice typical staircase you will access the rooms on the 1st floor. The layout of its 3 double rooms, rest room and bathroom, make your rest comfortable and pleasant. Aware that the climate and the sun are our greatest treasures, we give great importance to the exterior spaces. Hidden stairways, open spaces, special corners with our native plants and pots (ferns, leaves...) the typical native fence of the Balearics (in this case hand-made by the same owner, using the wood of wild olive trees).
