A lovely twin room in a spacious, 3 story Victorian house. Situated on one of the nicest streets in the Brockley conservation area in zone 2. Please NOTE : All our rooms are non lockable ! The space This room is not suitable for guests who working from home (WFH) . Less than 10 minutes walk to Brockley station (for main line & overground services) and less than 10 minutes to St John's. If you are not familiar with the area here are some interesting facts!. 10 Minutes journey time to London bridge station and from there almost any central London destination is a short hop! Many bus routes (day & night!) and close access to the DLR for Docklands & the City. City airport is approx 20 min's drive!. Gatwick, 30 min's by train. Gorgeous parks (with city skyline views) & open spaces within walking distance. Local Farmers market, bars, restaurants & pubs. You will be sharing with a Family of four with two teenagers and a CAT (British Short Hair). We are a sociable family and enjoy good food, friends and spending time around the house. We like to keep a clean & tidy house and are very easy going with a broad outlook on life. Wifi is free for guests to use Hair dryer & adaptor is in the room No shoes inside house so bring your indoor sleepers or sandals . It’s self catering (No breakfast provided). You can use kitchenette to make your own meals. ## Please note that you will share a bathroom & two toilets with other housemates. Guest access Shared use Bathroom, Kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge . Other things to note This is Not hotel room , it’s a spareroom in a family house that we rent for travellers. It will not suit tourist who is looking for hotel style accommodation & convenience. No others guests allowed in the house other than the bookers.
