Located in a quiet street and within a heritage-listed neighbourhood, you’ll enjoy the pleasant and relaxed feeling Morpeth Villa provides. The Villa features a modern kitchen and bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. There are several downlights featured as well as softer lighting. All windows have day/night blinds for additional privacy and added heating/cooling. An air conditioning unit is located in the main living area as well as a ceiling fan. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. There is a three-seater lounge with comfortable Adairs feather cushions facing the large T.V and a reading chair by the window. The dining table comfortably seats up to six and has ample room for a high chair. A Telstra TV connection will ensure you’re able to relax and watch any of your favorite shows. Free Netflix is provided. You will need to connect to your own account for other streaming platforms. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, coffee plunger, stovetop expresso maker, kettle, microwave, electric oven/stove top, fridge/ freezer plus all cooking utensils. I provide a fresh bottle of milk, bottled water, varied-strength coffee pods, ground coffee, instant coffee, loose-leaf tea (with teapot and tea cups) plus a wide selection of tea bags including herbal. All plates/bowls/cups/glasses are in the cupboards. Each Queen sized bed is made with white cooling sheets for summer, a waffle blanket, a quilted white doona cover and two types of quality pillows (medium/soft and firm). For bathroom use: soft fluffy towels and face washers, a large bath mat, and hand towel. Other bathroom essentials include Ancient Earth brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser. A Hairdryer, straighter, curler plus other extras such as deodorant, hairspray, and toothpaste can be found in the bathroom drawers. In the laundry there is a washing machine with all necessary detergents, a dryer, iron plus an ironing board. Children are welcome! I provide baby safe toys for under six months plus age-appropriate toys for toddlers. There are reading and colouring in books and games to keep older kids entertained. Parks with covered play areas are close to the villa so they can enjoy more physical play. If required, I have a portacot with bedding and a high chair. Please let me know at the time of booking if you require either or both of these. Relax outdoors in the private courtyard, there is a table and chairs, small garden with a water feature. There is a gas BBQ (please clean after use: BBQ cleaner and cleaning products are under the kitchen sink). Morpeth Villa is small pet friendly with a small private contained garden/courtyard. Bring your fur baby along and let them off the lead at the dog park five minutes up the road. If you intend to bring your canine family member along, please message me and I will leave out bowls, doggy clean up bags and yummy treats! *A nominal pet fee of $20 per stay applies* There are two free off-street parking spaces. One is undercover and both are immediately beside the villa. Guest access Morpeth Villa is all yours - in its entirety! You have also exclusive access to the small back courtyard. Other things to note There are 2 safe on-site parking spaces. 1 undercover (right side of undercover area) and one immediately beside the villa along the brick wall - this park is not undercover and suitable for larger vehicles and trailers. Small pets are welcome with approval at the time of booking. * Pet fee applies of $20. Pet bowls, treats and doggy clean-up bags are supplied. Pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times outside the front of the property, including under the carport, the pathway, and the driveway (this is a condition of the Strata By-Laws). Pets can be off-leash in the private courtyard. Fur babies are NOT permitted on any furniture inside the villa - please supply your own dog bed. Please note: We will require additional information of any guests that have bookings made on behalf of a third party (eg company workers, contractors etc). COVID-19: please do not travel if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID-19. If you do feel unwell in the days leading up to your date of travel, we highly recommend you have a COVID-19 test prior to travelling and only travel if the result is negative. Please ensure you are following the NSW Health recommendations regarding COVID-19 including maintaining good hand hygiene. We have provided hand sanitiser for our guests to use.
