Charming 40 m2 2-room apartment, well appointed. Located on the ground floor of a recent residence with terrace. Quiet residence between Ascain (3-minute drive) and St Jean de Luz (5-minute drive) Close to the beach, mountains and Spain. Perfect location to enjoy the area, activities, tours and beautiful hikes. Ideal for a couple In summer, between 7 and 9 nights minimum. The space Comfort made easy. Accommodation: - Living room with sofa, TV and radio with MP3 input. - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, small oven, fridge, 2-burner induction stove, washing machine, coffee makers (Senseo with pods and filter), toaster, iron and ironing board and everything you need for cooking. There are also household products and a cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner). - Bedroom with 2 beds of 80 x 190 cm. Together they make a large 160 x 190 cm bed. - Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. - Terrace area with table and 4 chairs (folding). Ideal for lunch or for nice aperitifs. - Heating - Towels and sheets provided Free outdoor parking. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NETWORK INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR INSIDE THE RESIDENCE (to make and receive calls you have to move away a little from the entrance of the residence)..... It's the same throughout the area. Wi-Fi available (ADSL, no fiber) This apartment is special to us because we spend some of our vacations and weekends here. That's why we don't rent it out much. It is well decorated and is not the typical apartment for rent. We hope you will feel at home and respect it as if it were your own. NOTES: - Please note that there may be small animals... the residence is in the countryside and the apartment is on the ground floor so the perfect combination! - Also, the weather can be unpredictable in this region... too hot, too cold, rain... you never know!
