Cozy, rustic former stable on the ground floor: 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, WC/shower, 1 bedroom for up to 5 people with a queen-size bed (1.60x2.00m), 2 beds (0.90x2.00m), and single sofa bed (0.9x2m); terrace; courtyard; 250 MBit internet Wi-Fi; 30 min to BER and Main Station, 10 min to Ostkreuz and U5 “Sightseeing Line” (Main Station, Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Alexanderplatz); free street parking. Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are prohibited on the entire property. The space This accommodation is neither a hotel nor a new building. It is intended for people who feel comfortable in simple, lived-in buildings and who see patina, everyday sounds and traces of time not as flaws, but as part of the character of the place. The accommodation is located in a former horse stable, a detached outbuilding on a historic Berlin property. The owners live with their family in the front building; the former stable is situated in the rear courtyard and now contains three separate guest apartments. All three units share a green inner courtyard, which is used communally. The building is old, simple and original. It has been used carefully and not fundamentally modernised. As a result, the house is sound-sensitive. Considerate behaviour is therefore important. The accommodation is well suited for quiet guests who treat the place and other residents with respect. Parties, loud music or noise at night are not permitted. Each apartment is self-contained and has its own bathroom with shower/WC as well as its own kitchenette. Despite the simple building structure, privacy within each unit is ensured. The courtyard is green and part of the shared life on the property. It is used by both guests and residents and is not a private, enclosed space. Free parking is available on the street. Guest access The back courtyard is open to all guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee if needed. An ironing board, iron and other utensils are available upon request. Other things to note We want our guests to feel comfortable and we aim to offer fair prices. For this reason, we do not charge a separate cleaning fee. We simply ask that you leave the apartment in the condition you would like to find it yourself. Three cats live on the property. They do not have access to the apartments, and guests are kindly asked not to let them in or feed them. Please take this into consideration. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, neither indoors nor outdoors. Please do not enter the main residential building unless you are explicitly invited.
