Peaceful Victorian cottage in historic village

Tucked away near the centre of the village, close to the park, library, village shop, butchers and popular whole food cafe our home offers a comfortable retreat ideally suited for families. The space The cottage is hidden away up a flight of steps at the end of a short terrace. Allocated parking for one car and unrestricted street parking within easy reach. Our home has a modern well equipped kitchen and separate dining and living room with log burning stove. We don't have a TV however we do have a TV licence and you can watch via the iMac in the living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a triple bunk bed (double at bottom and single on top) and the other is configured as a single but if you need it to be a twin this may be able to be arranged on request. There is a full size cot which could be placed in either room. The family bathroom has a large free standing bath and separate monsoon shower. On the top floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with sunny patio and water feature. Children are welcome to play on the climbing frame and tree swing. At the back of the garden you'll find our friendly bantam hens. Please help yourselves to their eggs! Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house and garden. We will make available some wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space though as this is our home there are likely to be some personal items in the rooms. Other things to note This is our family home so we do ask that you treat with the respect you would want your own to be treated with.
