Apartment with balcony and pool

We offer in our family farmhouse a 60 m2 duplex apartment with private balcony. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160 cm, the other with 2 single beds), a living room with sofa bed (mattress 140 cm wide), a kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. Entry is via an electric gate with remote control dedicated exclusively to our guests. The space This apartment is very peaceful in the middle of the countryside just 10 minutes from Avignon. The rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning and, for some, a fan. The farmhouse is located in a very large garden, partly wooded. We have a pear orchard that we no longer use but that gives us delicious fruit. It is south facing, the balcony has a view of the garden and pool. Guests can enjoy the shaded summer garden, swimming pool (summer) as well as a barbecue and gas plancha. Petanque balls and a ping pong table are at your disposal. Guest access You will have access to the living room, garden, pool (depending on the season), covered terrace equipped with a plancha and barbecue. Other things to note You will come to our home and enjoy the calm atmosphere. We also ask that you respect it during your stay.
