Roman Oasis

Welcome to our oasis in the heart of Rome! Our apartment (approx. 45 m2) is next to the Quartiere Coppedè and Villa Ada. You will love it because of its vibrant neighborhood, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Roman Oasis is great for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The area is quiet and the street is not affected by heavy traffic. However, keep in mind that the apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and that the windows overlook the street. The space Roman Oasis is a tastefully renovated apartment on the first floor of a newly restored building. Full of arabesque charm, the apartment is composed of a bedroom, a living area with a sofa, a fully equipped open space kitchen and a refreshing bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, heating, bedlinen, towels and wifi are provided. Please note that some things may not look exactly like in the pictures because we constantly need to replace things that have been broken, etc. The most important thing for us is to keep the apartment as fresh and comfortable as possible! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Check-in is usually from 3PM to 6PM, but we can offer flexibility depending on availability. You might check in earlier in the morning if there are no other guests checking out on the same day. Please note that for long-term stays at least a bi-weekly professional cleaning service is required (arranged by the host and paid by the guest; approximately 12 Euros/hour)".
